Identity death cafe
Identity Death Café | Session Four
The Stillness
01.21.2026 6:00-8:00PM
The Stillness is the part of identity death we almost never honor:
the pause after shedding,
where nothing is asked of you,
and nothing needs to become yet.
The part of death that tends to the root system
before anything new dares surface.
Accessibility:
The Space is located on the 2nd floor.
If you have mobility needs and would like to attend virtually, we will gladly set up a Zoom option.
Sensory breaks, stims, alternative seating, and quiet presence are always welcome.
For every name. Every body. Every self. Every rebirth. -

Take your vinyasa flow and slow it way down. In this 60 minute slow flow class you’ll experience familiar vinyasa flow poses and sequences with an emphasis on breath and allowing enough time in the pose to really feel into the embodied experience of the shape. Yoga & Writing Expressive Arts Therapy Group
Second & Fourth Fridays 3:30-5pm
First Sundays 3-5pm
Creating safety in and through authentic expression.
The bodies primal language is movement. The body knows how to communicate, it has always known. Our work is in how to listen. To honor. Our ancient and innate wisdom. I invite you to consider for yourself where in your life it is easy to show up with presence and care, and when it is difficult. Where in the body do you find yourself most connected, and most distant?
We will use our yoga flow to deepen our connection to certain areas of the body and energy systems each week and then linger there with writing invitations to follow.
These will be themed sessions.

Insight Sangha
WEDNESDAY NIGHT MEDITATION
5:45pm - 6:15pm Gentle Movement
6:30pm - 7:30pm Meditation & Reflections
Meditation is a state of mind that is open, receptive, balanced, and grounded. Our emphasis is to clarify the different attitudes and understandings that can inform our perceptions. This allows our practice to be durable and applicable to daily life - and is especially useful to develop a greater sense of ease and well-being in the relationship that we have with ourself and within those that we encounter every day.
Please feel free to join for either or both sessions.
What to Bring
We provide sitting cushions, chairs, and blankets. You are also welcome to bring any seating or additional things, like shawls or blankets, that are comfortable for you.
Accessibility
No experience or level of fitness needed - we would love for those 14+ and all walks of life to join as called. As we cannot offer childcare, please leave little ones at home.
