    Third Monday of the Month

Evening restorative yoga with sound bath: 6:15-7:30PM

Inner Space Yoga PVD: Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath:
This 75 minute restorative yoga class is a low to the ground practice that utilizes lots of props to support holding restful, meditative postures for extended periods of time (5-15 minutes each). Through restorative yoga, you can create space for your body and mind to slow down, and for your nervous system to head in the direction of rest and digestion. Relax into a savasana sound bath for the last 15-20 minutes of class, brought to us in collaboration with Emily Baroody.

    Friday morning slow flow: 8:30-9:30AM

Take your vinyasa flow and slow it way down. In this 60 minute slow flow class you’ll experience familiar vinyasa flow poses and sequences with an emphasis on breath and allowing enough time in the pose to really feel into the embodied experience of the shape. Props are provided and encouraged, as are variations in order to meet you where your body is at today.

  • Galactic Roller Disco

    Roller Fitness: Sundays 6:45-7:45PM

    Roller Dance 101: Sundays 7:45-8:45PM

Galactic Roller Disco began as a series of pop-up roller skating events designed to bring people together and . What started small quickly grew into a vibrant community one that gathers under shimmering lights, to groovy beats, collectively feeling the smooth roll of wheels.

Our events are more than parties or classes; they’re unique experiences. Each one transforms an ordinary space into a galaxy of connection where strangers become friends, cheer each other on, and celebrating successes leave glowing a little brighter than when they arrived. With every spin, glide, and laugh, we’re building something bigger: a culture of fun, inclusivity, and creativity on wheels.

Our mission is simple: to keep the disco spirit alive while creating a future-forward hub for fitness, fun, and freedom on wheels. The universe is ever expanding and everyone’s invited to roll with us.

  • Yoga & Writing Expressive Arts Therapy Group

    Second & Fourth Fridays 3:30-5pm

Creating safety in and through authentic expression.

The bodies primal language is movement. The body knows how to communicate, it has always known. Our work is in how to listen. To honor. Our ancient and innate wisdom. I invite you to consider for yourself where in your life it is easy to show up with presence and care, and when it is difficult. Where in the body do you find yourself most connected, and most distant?

We will use our yoga flow to deepen our connection to certain areas of the body and energy systems each week and then linger there with writing invitations to follow.

    These will be themed sessions.

Meditation is a state of mind that is open, receptive, balanced, and grounded.  Our emphasis is to clarify the different attitudes and understandings that can inform our perceptions. This allows our practice to be durable and applicable to daily life - and is especially useful to develop a greater sense of ease and well-being in the relationship that we have with ourself and within those that we encounter every day.

Please feel free to join for either or both sessions.

    What to Bring

We provide sitting cushions, chairs, and blankets. You are also welcome to bring any seating or additional things, like shawls or blankets, that are comfortable for you.
