Sarah Leach, LICSW
I believe that therapy should be one of many unique pathways to a person's peaceful center and best life. Together, we will identify and strengthen those pathways so that you feel empowered to cultivate the life that you crave, both internally and in the world. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker for the last 12 years, I am particularly suited to support those in the LGBTQ+ community and anyone interested in working on issues of identity, depression, anxiety, relationships, transitions and trauma integration.
I believe in decolonizing the therapeutic process, holding space for the impact of oppressive systems, and building a relationship of mutual trust and wild hope. I strive to create a therapeutic and shame-free space that encourages expansion, honesty and growth.
Therapy is not a "one size fits all" process. I'd be happy to hear more about what you are looking for to see if we could be a match, or to help guide you toward a better one.

Shoshana Narva, LICSW
"Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Without, everything seems discordant; only within does it coalesce into unity. Who looks outside dreams; who looks inside awakes." -Carl Jung. My aim is to meet you exactly where you are and to accompany you as you turn inward to understand and know yourself more deeply. It can be scary, difficult and painful to turn inward. It can also be exciting, surprising and delightful. Having a warm, kind, and curious presence with you, can give you the courage and the tools needed for this sacred work. Whether you are an individual seeking to go inward and feel more connected to yourself, a couple hoping to improve understanding and deepen connection, or a constellation of family members looking to heal, I welcome you.

Garlan Jude Brosnahan
Garlan Jude Brosnahan (they/them) crafts a hybrid practice they call Mindful Movement. It is a combination of Alexander Technique (AT), principles and energetic manifestation of Usui Reiki, and stretch therapy. They received their AT certification in June of 2021 in NYC after 3 years and 1,600 hours in a teacher training program. They received their Level II Usui Reiki attunement from MINKA Brooklyn in September 2019, and became a certified stretch therapist in February of 2024. Mindful Movement is offered in private and group settings, the latter which takes a read-the-room-meet-folks-where-they-are approach and often blooms into explorative movement and play, heavily influenced by Garlan's background directing, producing, curating and performing theater around NYC. They received their Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Science from the University of Rhode Island in May 2026 and will be pursuing a Masters in Social Work degree at Salem State University beginning fall of 2026. Their goal is to integrate their knowledge of human lifespan development and social work with their Mindful Movement practice.

Ollie Martin, Somatic Practitioner
Hi there! My name is Olivea (go by Ollie mostly) (pronouns: they/them). My passion is to provide spaces where people can get the support and nourishment they need to heal and grow. As a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist I assist in mending the disconnect between the body, mind and heart ~ helping you reconnect to your inner child and Whole self through different pathways such as the expressive art modalities, somatic psychotherapy, as well as numerous embodiment practices (example: Authentic movement). Some ways might explore and process could be through movement/dance, talking/dialogue, art-making (creative forming), or meditation.
I believe you know what you need ~ I help facilitate that deep listening. I have a collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach. I also see healing work as deeply relational and political. I am committed to the lifelong work of building a world where white supremacy culture no longer exists and to do the deep repair work needed from the horrific harm from these systems of oppression. I see people as inherently whole and interconnected and honoring people’s autonomy and sovereignty ~ understanding how culture, context, family, and systems impact an individual and how the individual impacts the community.
